​Who Am I?
I am a dog walker and sitter based in Southport, U.K. I have worked with animals since I was 10 years old and have been working in dog care for 4 years. I am DBS checked, insured & first aid trained.
Over the years that I have been dog walking, I have slowly built my knowledge and skill set in order to confidently walk packs of dogs, creating an environment where each dog is safe and happy. My favourite part of this job is watching the dogs develop as friends and see their confidence grow!
What Is Structured Dog Walking?
Structured walking with me means that each dog is managed on an individual basis and training aspects are tailored to the group. On our walks, free time is broken up with lead/ heel walking, recall repetitions, engagement, enrichment, neutrality and impulse control.
While dogs that join the pack walks must have a decent recall and level of neutrality, these are things that we work on each week. New pack members are integrated slowly and with each dogs’ character in mind. Once the dogs are familiar with each other, reciprocated play is fine by me as long as it is respectful and they can be stopped when asked; this is also something we work on if a dog has not developed this ability yet.
Getting Started...
Firstly, we arrange a free introductory meet and greet, to ensure me and my services are compatible with you and your dog’s needs. ​I will then provide you with a digital form to complete, with essential pet information (Name, age, breed, dislikes, health conditions, address and emergency contacts).​
Following this, bookings can be made via text or social media messenger.​ Payments are made at the end of each week, cash and bank transfer are accepted. ​Sittings and wedding services require a deposit upon booking. ​
Client keys are labelled and kept in a key safe. If you no longer require my services, keys will be returned to you upon termination of contract.​I provide leads, poo bags and other walking essentials: keeping yours clean at home.​Dogs will only need their personal collars and harnesses (muzzles where necessary).​

You will receive photo and video updates of each walk to show you what a great time your dog is having.​​​​​​​​
