Daycare, Overnight Stays, and Walking.

All clients will be deemed to have accepted The Fairy Dog Mother’s terms and conditions as laid out here, upon signature of the Daycare/ Overnight Stays/ Walking agreements.
Clients who do/ do not give permission on personal contract forms understand, and do/ do not consent to, their dogs sharing indoor and outdoor spaces with other dogs.
The Fairy Dog Mother holds insurance with Protectivity, which covers public liability, loss or theft of keys, and care, custody and control of animals.
It is highly recommended that animals enrolled onto services are insured against sickness, accident and injury; and third-party liability. All owners are responsible for any injuries/accidents that have occurred to other dogs or people as a result of their dog.
The Fairy Dog Mother reserves the right to remove dogs from any of our services. We will endeavour to provide 2 weeks’ notice. However, in emergency situations this may be with immediate effect, if your dog poses a risk to ourselves, or other clients.
The Fairy Dog Mother is not liable for any vandalism or theft that may occur while house sitting. Additionally, The Fairy Dog Mother is not liable for any damage to the property done by your pet during the sitting.
All payments are to be made at the end of each week, unless otherwise agreed. Payments should be made with cash or bank transfer.
Upon signing, clients agree to the cancellation terms and payment of late cancellation fees:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will be required to pay the full service fee.

Sittings and wedding services below £250 will require a non-refundable £20 deposit.
Sitting and Wedding services £250 and above will require a non-refundable 20% deposit.

If these bookings are cancelled outside of a week before scheduled date, deposit can be transferred to another date and service if desired.
If cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled date 50% of the agreed service price should be paid before the booking's finish date.
The client agrees to notify The Fairy Dog Mother of any signs of illness/ disease in their dog, and agrees to not book in any dogs presenting symptoms of contagious illnesses.
The client agrees to provide any food/ medication, that their dog may require during the day, or stay (for overnight bookings).
The client agrees to supply a suitable collar/ harness and muzzle where necessary. It is advised that all dogs wear an ID tag with their owner’s phone number on. They will also be equipped with a tag with the pet sitter’s number for the duration of the walk.
The Fairy Dog Mother agrees to keep all dogs on a lead when outside of the house, unless given consent for off lead exercise.
The Fairy Dog Mother agrees to keep client’s keys marked and secure. Keys must be returned upon termination of services.
By enrolling your dog onto group walking activities, you agree to keep your dog's vaccination status up to date and will provide proof of this upon request.
